Shipping Policy

Where do Ziza Beds deliver?

We deliver to all mainland United Kingdom addresses only. We do not deliver to the offshore domestic regions, such as: Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland & Scilly Isles.

Order Confirmation
We will pre-authorise your card when you place an order, but no money will be deducted from this account until we confirm that it is in stock with our supplier. You will receive an email from us to confirm that your order is being processed.

Once we have spoken with our supplier to confirm the availability of the item(s) you have ordered, they will then be made available for imminent dispatch. Once approved, we'll process the payment and email you with the order details and confirmation your items are in stock.

If in the event that your item(s) are unavailable for immediate dispatch, we will revoke the pre-authorisation check and contact you to advise that the order can’t be processed as the item that is out of stock or on a back-order.

Order Delivery
If your item is in stock and ready to ship, we will charge your card with the full amount, and it will be delivered to you in 8 to 10 business days. Once your goods are ready to be shipped, we will email you the tracking information and you can prebook your delivery slot. Please contact us via email at info@zizabeds.co.uk if you have not received tracking information after 6 business days, so that we can assist you.
