When do I receive confirmation of my order?
As soon as we receive your order, we will pre-authorise your card, but no money will be deducted from your card until we confirm that your item(s) are in stock with our supplier. We will send you an email to confirm that your order is on our system and is being processed.

What happens after I receive my order confirmation?
Once the order is on our system, we will check with our suppliers to make sure that your item/ items are in stock and can be despatched imminently. If your item(s) are available for shipping we'll process the payment (with your chosen payment method) and prepare to deliver your order. The delivery period is 6 to 8 days from dispatch .

If in the event that your item(s) are unavailable for immediate dispatch, we will revoke the pre-authorisation check and contact you to advise that the order can’t be processed and therefor is cancelled, as the item is out of stock or on a back-order.

I placed an order but I did not receive a confirmation. Why is that?
If you have recently placed your order and didn't immediately receive a confirmation email from us, then there might be a few issues we can look into:
1. Our emails might be going to your junk or spam folder, if you check this folder and move into your inbox.
2. There may have been a spelling mistake when you entered your email address during the checkout process.
3. Your email server has very strong spam filters and is identifying our emails as spam so the emails aren't going through
To double check, please provide with an alternate email address to info@zizabeds.co.uk and we will confirm that we have received.

Why do you need my phone number?
Some of our local couriers do require a contact number to ensure a smooth delivery of your order. Given these are large goods, they need to ensure that you are in when we deliver. Your number is kept private and confidential and will not be passed to anyone else. Finally, if there are any issues with the order, we can contact you quickly and easily.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all mainland United Kingdom addresses only.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following payment forms: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Union Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna & Google Pay.

Klarna Payments

When using Klarna as your chosen method of payment, it can lead to a longer delivery time due to the payment transaction process which will take an additional 3-4 working days as the exchange of monies takes longer to process.
