Thank you for purchasing with Ziza Beds. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. With any purchase you have 14 days to change your mind, just follow the below steps and we can swiftly resolve this for you.

Right to Cancel

Before receiving your item, you can cancel your order at any moment. To cancel your order, send an email to info@zizabeds as soon as possible.

Within 14 days of receiving your order, you have the freedom to cancel without explanation. Up to 14 days from the day you, or a third party other than the carrier you specified, gains physical possession of the goods, you may cancel the agreement. You have the right to cancel your order, but you must notify Ziza Beds before the cancellation period expires. The best way to do this is by sending an email to info@zizabeds.co.uk and we will provide you with the returns information on how the collection will be made.

After the 14-day cooling-off period has passed, we are unable to issue a refund. These limitations are not applicable during the 14-day cancellation period and do not limit the statutory right to cancel.

Mattresses cannot be returned if they have been taken out of their original packing for hygienic reasons (unless they are defective).

Damages
At the time of delivery, we kindly ask that you check every item carefully. We strongly advise against accepting any defective goods that are delivered to you. If you find that an item has been damaged, email detailed images of the damaged items to info@zizabeds.co.uk so that we can file an insurance claim on your behalf.


Effects of Cancellation
If you decide to cancel at any point during the 14-day cancellation period, we will repay all of your payments, including the cost of delivery (with the exception of any additional charges incurred if you choose a delivery option other than the least expensive form of standard delivery we were able to provide you). If the loss is the consequence of unnecessary handling by you, we may subtract that amount from the reimbursement for the value loss of any supplied items.

Without undue delay and no later than:
A) 14 days following the day we receive any returned goods from you.
B) (if earlier) 14 days following the day you provide proof that the returned goods were received, or
C) if no goods were supplied, 14 days following the day you informed us that you would like to cancel this contract.

Unless you have expressly agreed differently, we will make the reimbursement using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction; in any case, you won't be charged anything in connection with the reimbursement. Until we have received the returned items or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever comes first, we have the right to withhold reimbursement. Within 14 days of the day, you inform us that you are canceling this contract, you must ship back the items or deliver them to us. In any case, you must do so without undue delay. Sending the items back before the 14-day window has passed satisfies the deadline.

To Return a Product To Us
Please make sure that the product was received within the the last 14 days.
Then send email to info@zizabeds.co.uk and include the following information so that we can process a return:

-Your full name
-The order reference number
-The address that you included on the order
-The email address that you included on the order 
-Contact phone number
-The date of original purchase
-The date the goods were received by you

If you initially placed an order for numerous items, please make sure to mention which item you want to return. To prevent damage in transit, every item needs to be dismantled and repackaged as carefully as possible. When we authorise a return, send the item and a message explaining whether you want a refund or an exchange (and if so, what other item you want to order).

Once the above is confirmed, we will then provide you with the instruction for returning the bed with our designated courier service.


Sending A Return Back To Ziza Beds
Some of our products could have delicate physical characteristics, making their shipment challenging. Please make sure that any courier is informed that the contents of the package may contain fragile objects if the item you wish to return has delicate physical qualities. Additionally, be certain that every courier shipment is fully insured up to its retail value.

Damaged Or Faulty Items Received By You
Every one of our beds comes with a guarantee that covers any manufacturing flaws for the duration of the warranty period, for 12 months. Please let us know right away if you received a product that is broken or defective so we can offer support.

Sale items can be refunded.
